Episode 30 - More Time Flies

The Burnsland Podcast returns with what ended up being Part 2 from the previous episode. I did not necessarily intend to have a two-parter, but here we are.

Apparently, the passing of time has been on my mind lately even more than I thought it had. That’s what happens when your family is moving on from one stage of life to the next one, I guess. If you aren’t aware, that next stage for us will be partly-empty-nesters once Jaylin goes off to college in the fall after graduating from high school this week.

Thinking about all that brought back memories of my high school graduation, along with a few college memories, and the years after that, leading up to where we are now.

Also, for those of us older folks, people graduate from high school every year. But for those actually graduating, it is still a pretty big deal. This is a reminder to myself not to lose sight of that, and to encourage those who have reached that step.
